5DAYS for Conference
What is said on stage shouldn’t stay in the room.
With 5DAYS for Conference, access the knowledge shared at the best conferences, right in your team’s workspace.
Already on 5DAYS: events like Brussels Climate Week, KIKK Festival and Brussels Sustainable IT Days.
14-day free trial. No credit card. Cancel anytime.
Where does your company’s knowledge live?
In your documents, your specifications and your meetings. But also in the conferences your teams attend: dozens of talks in parallel, one room at a time, and a week later almost nothing is left.
The knowledge exists. It just doesn’t reach your teams.
5DAYS already brings your documents, specifications and meetings together. With 5DAYS for Conference, conferences join the same space: replays, transcripts, slides, and Spark AI to question all of it. Faster access to knowledge.
How it works
- 01 At the conference — Dozens of sessions run in parallel: you can’t see them all.
- 02 Afterwards, in 5DAYS — No problem: the whole conference is waiting for you in 5DAYS.
- 03 Replays — Every session as a replay, with its timestamped transcript.
- 04 Slides — The speakers’ presentations, one click away.
- 05 Spark AI — Ask Spark AI about the whole conference, as you would a project: it takes you to the right session.

A win-win for events
A conference lasts a few days. Its value should last much longer.
5DAYS for Conference extends the life of an event well beyond the last session, for the benefit of organisers, speakers and attendees. The programme is open to any event that shares knowledge: festivals, congresses, summits, industry conferences.
| For the event | What it changes |
|---|---|
| Life after the event | The content stays alive, searchable and queryable all year round, instead of stopping when the event ends. |
| New revenue streams | The content is valued with a professional audience. |
| An audience that extends the event | Attendees, and the teams who couldn’t come, keep engaging with the content. |
| Visibility for speakers | Talks reach a wider audience, far beyond the room. |
