What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?
Your workspace switches to the Starter plan automatically — free, up to 3 users and 3 projects. Nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade whenever you're ready.
What counts as a seat, and what is a viewer?
A seat is a full license for people who create — notes, tasks, documents, projects. Viewers can browse and comment on what's shared with them, and they're unlimited and free on every plan.
Are transcription minutes shared across the team?
On Starter and Team, minutes are allocated per seat — 120 and 1,000 per month respectively. On Organisation, 12,000 minutes per month are pooled and shared across the whole organisation.
Is Spark AI included in every plan?
Yes. Knowledge, execution, collaboration and Spark AI come with every plan, including Starter. Plans differ on capacity — minutes, storage, history — never on layers.
Where is my data hosted — and who can access it?
Your data is hosted in the European Union, and Spark AI is built on Mistral. Access follows your project permissions: only the people you invite can see a project — GDPR-native, no exceptions.
Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your settings whenever you like. If you cancel, your workspace moves to the free Starter plan and nothing is deleted.
