These are the companies that process data on our behalf so 5DAYS can run. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement. We update this page before adding a new subprocessor.

| Bunny.net | Video streaming of conference replays (storage, encoding and delivery through their CDN). Depends on the conference: videos stay in the EU by default; for conferences aimed at Latin America, they are also stored in São Paulo, Brazil. | EU, or EU + Brazil |
| Brevo | Transactional and notification email delivery. | France (EU) |
| Nango | Secure authorisation and connection management for the third-party apps you connect to 5DAYS. Open-source component, which we are bringing in-house. | Europe |
| Microsoft Azure | Connection to Microsoft 365 calendars. Microsoft is the only possible route to its own calendars — it applies only if you connect one. | West Europe region |
