Spark AI always answered from your knowledge. Now it shows you where.

A Spark AI answer tagged October 2026 release, with its sources listed underneath: a note, a PDF file, and a product meeting recording that opens at 12:34.

From day one, our vision for 5DAYS was simple: Spark AI answers based only on the knowledge connected to the platform. Your notes, your files, your meetings, your recordings. Not the open internet, not guesswork.

This release makes that visible. You no longer have to take our word for it, because every answer now shows its sources.

Spark AI cites its sources

Under every answer, Spark AI lists the notes, files, meetings and recordings it used. One click opens the source. For a recording, the player starts at the right moment, so you hear what was actually said instead of searching for it.

A trustworthy answer is one you can check. Now you can, in one click.

A glossary for your company’s words

Every company has its own language: product names, acronyms, client names, internal jargon. Generic transcription gets them wrong.

You can now add these words to a glossary, for your whole company or for a single project. Transcripts, notes and Spark AI use it to write them correctly. When you correct a word, Spark AI can suggest adding it to the glossary, so you only fix it once.

The glossary lives in a new project settings screen. You can also leave a project from there.

Fix a transcript without redoing it

On a recording’s page you can now:

  • rename a speaker
  • assign a passage to the right person
  • correct a misheard word

There is no need to restart the whole transcription. You fix the mistake and move on. Because Spark AI works from your knowledge, a corrected transcript means better answers.

Clearer invitations for admins

Administrators can now see all the invitations they have sent. They can resend or cancel any of them.

What this means for your team

Your team’s knowledge is only useful if you can trust what comes out of it. Spark AI answers from what you have decided, discussed and documented, shows you where each answer came from, and now spells your company’s words correctly.

That is what 5DAYS is for: one system for teams who decide, document, and deliver.
