The new 5DAYS navigation: the project at the center of everything
5DAYS rests on a simple idea: your team’s knowledge (meetings, documents, notes) and its execution (tasks, decisions, deliverables) only make sense together, in a single collaborative space. Our new navigation finally expresses that idea visually.
What changes
Until now, the 5DAYS navigation reflected an organization by content type: notes on one side, tasks on the other, transcripts somewhere else. Handy for finding a specific item, but not a natural way to follow a project as a whole.
With this redesign, the project becomes the central entry point. Each workspace now brings together, in one place, everything that concerns a given project:
- Its meetings and their transcripts
- Its notes and documents
- Its tasks, as a Kanban board, Matrix, List or Calendar
- The people who collaborate on it
You no longer need to move between several sections to piece a project’s context back together: it’s already there, in one place, in the order you need it.
Why we made this choice
This redesign isn’t just about ergonomics. It reflects what we believe is the right way to work with a team’s knowledge: it only makes sense attached to a context — a client, a product, an initiative — not isolated in a notebook or a generic task list.
It’s also what makes Spark AI more relevant: by anchoring search and answers within the scope of a specific project, the assistant can answer more precisely, without getting lost in knowledge stripped of its context.
For teams running several projects in parallel
This change particularly benefits teams juggling several projects or several clients: each workspace becomes a collaborative space in its own right, with its own permissions, real-time co-editing and its own thread of knowledge — without projects getting mixed up.
